Based on our successful manufacturing record in Japan, we have been producing frozen food products in Shandong Province, China since 1995. We accomplish by using rich local food resources combined with the production know-how of Katokichi and skillful efforts of our Chinese workers. Also, in South East Asia, which is a prosperous area of shrimp cultivation, we produce shrimp products using only the freshest ingredients. Furthermore, we have made production bases in Zhejiang Province, China, where a variety of marine species are caught, and Guandong, China, an area well known for its "Dim-Sum" steamed dumpling foods.
