We have created production bases around Japan that will enable us to quickly produce and distribute our products (mainly noodles, rice and breaded products) from our own factories where raw materials can be obtained easily. Noodles are made in the Sanuki area of Shikoku, which is well known for delicious Japanese "Udon" noodles. Croquettes are made in Hokkaido where the "Danshaku" variety of potato is grown. This practice applies especially in the case of rice. We have a large factory equipped with the latest machinery in the Uonuma area of Niigata Prefecture. This is where Japan's top quality rice is grown. Thus we are truly able to deliver the best tasting food items throughout the country.
